P105- Use timelines, document steps you take, and evaluate your results in a problem solving process

Having a workout journal is a good way to stay successful and loyal to your workouts. It can help you compare to what you were lifting previously, and help you remember what you already did this week, and helps you boost your confidence. In my workout journal I put all the exercises that I did that day and write it down. It boosts my confidence because it helps me realize how much effort I put in my workout schedule. It also helps me remember what I did, for example, two or three days ago. If I didn’t know I should do that day, I will look back and realize that I haven’t done legs in a while so I will do them on that day.  Since I write everything down, I can compare myself against a previous workout. It helps me realize how I should be getting stronger, faster, or more fit with each day of exercise.  Maybe I can lift more weight, lift the same amount of weight more times than before, or I can finish the same routine faster than before.

It helps me in my personal life by keeping my healthy and fit. When I am a therapist, it will help me stay organized and keep a planner so I can write things down so I am able to remember everything I need to do, or see what I have already done previously in the week, or last month.

The skills I learned from having a workout journal will help me tremendously in my future. I learned to use timelines, document steps I take, and evaluate my results in a problem solving process.
